Madam Mohini Bakshi, Principal Director

When the Seedling was planted the need for its careful nurturing and tending was also established. Mrs. Mohini Bakshi was the natural caretaker of the growing sapling. She went about structuring its growth both quantitatively and qualitatively with the zeal and courage of a pioneer.
 
Mrs. Bakshi not only dreamt of raising the educational standards of Jaipur, but also wanted to hand down a tradition, a tradition in culture and civilization,  inculcating the spirit of citizenship amongst the youth of the country.

Inspired and tireless efforts of Madam Bakshi shaped the school and the results bore testimony to her effort. Teachers were hand picked ensuring that  they were well qualified in modern teaching techniques and more importantly that they were sensitive to the needs of students, modern day challenges and aspirations of both students and parents. She pondered on whether education meant that a child toed the heavy burden of home work and school bags and streamlined the study and syllabus so that learning was completed during school hours.

In the school, Madam Bakshi is referred to as an Institution. Her dreams are gigantic as she sees Seedling as the future Eton or Harrow of this part of the planet. With each firm step forward, she comes closer to her goal.
