Good Vibes Only
Einstein said everything in life is vibration. How you vibrate is what the universe echoes back to you in every moment. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not Philosophy. This is simple Physics.
Are you feeling low vibrational energy these days? With the Corona pandemic creating negative energy fields all around, let’s just stop to take stock and deliberately attempt to raise our drooping vibrations. Instead of focusing on the despair that envelops the world today, why not look for evidence of joy, well being, gratitude and you will find yourself tuning in to that vibration. It is for you, in the midst of such pall, to attract more abundance and higher vibration into your life. By feeling and being the best version of yourself, even if it is 24*7 within the confines of your home, you can help others do the same, and ultimately lead humanity to a more positive, joyous place.
I would say..Try a few simple things intentionally and deliberately. And not just now. Always. Consciously choosing our vibes is the key to leading a more healthy and happy life.
*Stay conscious of your thoughts because what you think, say or feel ultimately becomes your reality. The next time a negative thought threatens to grip you, dismiss it and turn it around to something more positive. Overly pessimistic thoughts or anxiety may find you drawn to situations that perpetuate those feelings.
*Keep the right company. Make sure the people you interact with lift you up rather than drag you down. If you’re in toxic environments or around negative people, remember you have the power to change that. Converse with people who raise your vibration and fluff your aura. In the words of Karl Marx, surround yourself with people who make you happy. People who make you laugh. People who genuinely care. They are the ones worth keeping in your life. The rest are just passing through.
*Meditate. Eachday. You would feel so much calmer, so much in control. Not only does meditation stop your thoughts from flitting but also soothes your anxiety and stress, giving you an insight into your thoughts and feelings. Inhale positivity. Exhale negativity. Inhale love. Exhale hate.
*Practice Gratitude. This is the purest vibration that exists on the planet today. COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS. There is always more to be grateful for than you can imagine. Atleast once a day, take a moment and think of things that you are so very grateful for. Savour, absorb and really pay attention to the good things in your life. And feel the good energy flow.
*Practice kindness. Kindness and compassion are super high vibrational emotions. Additionally, being kind reminds us of how lucky we are which puts us in a higher energy state. Be generous when lending a hand or an ear.
*Stop whining and complaining. Stop talking about what you do not have. Stop talking about your limitations. Negative talk sends us down into a perpetual loop, and the only way to get out is to feed positive thoughts and let go of negative ones.
*Fuel your body right. You cannot raise your vibration and attract positivity if all you are putting into your system is artificial and synthetic. Eat well and eat healthy. An abundance of energy, mental clarity and inner peace start with what you feed yourself. Also, get active. Can’t go out as of now? Dance. Try Zumba or Aerobics. Have fun and bring out your inner child.
*Establish healthy boundaries. If everyone is taking advantage of you, you are likely to feel drained and used. It would be impossible to give out positive vibes. So learn to say NO to things that sap you of your power.
It’s time to shine your light. Align with the energy of Love and Optimism and Faith, not fear, doubt or worry. Raise your vibration to live a more peaceful, loving life and help those around you do the same. Healthy, higher vibrations are contagious and heaven knows, the world needs it all the more now than ever before.
