FROM SURVIVE TO THRIVE
FROM DISRUPTION TO RESURGENCE
Dear Reader
It seems that now, more than a year into this crisis, we are experiencing a global shift. We’re all trying to get acclimatized to a “new normal.” As parents, teachers and students this transitional time has been a daunting one. How do you move forward with all that has been irreversibly changed? The future is most certainly unknown, and the fate of so much of our lives is yet to be determined. So how will you adjust, adapt, and lead through this transition while feeling optimistic and resilient all the time.
We’ve spent a lot of virtual time with our students and families these past months, and we are all more engaged and more actively seeking out resources and guidance, for how best to move forward in the months ahead. Rather than scrutinizing strategy or getting paranoid about things, we believe that the answer to managing these difficult times lies in our mental and emotional response to this crisis. Balance, endurance, vision, and courage. And above all, Connection. Everyday connections are more important than we ever believed. When we experience tough times, they help us heal. With each connection, we develop a healthier, stronger community. Here is celebrating our Connection.
We bring to you a series of write ups which we hope you will enjoy reading and reflecting on.
HAPPY READING AND STAY SAFE.
